Newsletter & Personal Data Protection
We use Sendinblue as our marketing platform. By completing and submitting the registration form, you confirm that we may process the personal data you provide for the purpose of sending (promotional) information as well as transfer it to Sendinblue for processing. To avoid spam, we use reCAPTCHA v3 from Google.
The following data is collected as part of the newsletter: First name, last name, email address, organisation and stakeholder group. The Ecosocial Forum respects the privacy of its users. All data will be treated confidentially in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations. Data will not be passed on to third parties (except to project and network partners and subcontractors and only within the framework of the “Bioeconomy Austria” project). In addition, the website offers the possibility to contact individual project or network partners directly via a form. In this way, the website www.bioeconomy-austria.at assumes a bridging function and forwards the data. The purpose is activities in the context of building a network in preparation for an Austria-wide bioeconomy cluster, as well as information measures and invitations to events in the field of the bioeconomy. The Ecosocial Forum collects personal data only to the extent necessary for communication with users. The data will not be used for any purpose incompatible with this. The legal basis for the collection of data is your consent.

Photos/Videos
Photographs and films may be taken at the events on behalf of the project partners. The photos and/or videos taken may be used by the project partners for publication and dissemination in connection with the event without any time or place limit. By attending the event, the participants consent to the publication free of charge, without the need for an explicit declaration by the person concerned. The consent includes in any case the publication of the recordings in print media, in social media, on the websites of the project partners and the dissemination via the distribution lists of the project partners as part of an event review.
In the case of recordings that focus on individual persons, the participants have the right and the opportunity to inform the photographer or videographer at any time that they do not wish to be recorded. Should this not be possible or not (be able to) be taken into account, the project partners undertake to prevent publication if they are informed of this in writing and within two days of the event at the latest.
Presenters agree to the taking of photographs and film footage as well as their publication in social media, on the websites of the project partners and dissemination via the distribution lists of the project partners as part of the event follow-up. They have the right to prevent publication, provided they give valid reasons.
