Wind power plays a crucial role in the current energy transition. The Carinthian company Hasslacher Green Tower GmbH – a subsidiary of the Hasslacher Group (Bioeconomy Austria network partner) – is developing a solution that will soon enable the resource-intensive towers made of steel and concrete to be built largely of wood. The research-intensive project is now just about to be realised, also thanks to many years of FFG support.
