From 18 to 20 January 2023, the 7th Central European Biomass Conference was held in Graz. Bioeconomy Austria was present several times. Holzcluster Steiermark presented the project at its booth. In the context of the conference, the symposium Forestry of the 70th annual Winter Conference organized by our project partner, Ecosocial Forum, was held – Thomas Timmel from BioBase gave a presentation here and also introduced the Bioeconomy Austria network. The symposium focused on bioeconomy, circular economy and innovation – experts took a look at European forestry and its perspectives.
